- Analyze and monitor IT supply chain workflows using ServiceNow to manage requests, incidents, and tickets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Utilize Atlassian Jira and Kanban boards for visualizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and tracking project progress.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize performance, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation, including project requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and leadership through regular reporting.
- Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to improve project execution and supply chain processes.
