Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Project Analyst for a Contract with a client in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail while performing high-volume data cleanup, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across teams to maintain system accuracy and audit readiness.
Rate Range: $26/Hour to $28/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Support audit remediation activities by performing data cleanup, validation, and system updates to ensure compliance with government property requirements.
Track and maintain accurate records of government-owned assets, ensuring proper lifecycle management and reconciliation.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies by analyzing system records and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Perform high-volume data entry and maintain data integrity across systems such as PIEE and EQUIP.
Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, preparing reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and helping implement standardized procedures for long-term compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or operations support.
Strong attention to detail with experience in high-volume data entry, data validation, and discrepancy resolution.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage asset tracking, system updates, and compliance-related data in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
