Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has teamed up with a hospitality client, and in search of a driven Project Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting construction contracts, vendor administration and payment processing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or construction. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Executive Engineering and Design team
  • Develop, issue and maintain approvals, service orders, contracts and PO’s
  • Support management in contract support, financial reporting and documentation for capital budgets
  • Ensure all project related data is entered into the system timely and accurately
  • Aid with other assigned tasks/projects and customer inquiries

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Minimum of Associates, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years of related experience, ideally in Hospitality or Design/Construction industry
  • Strong knowledge in construction and contract administration or contract support preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills. Intellect Software experience a strong plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support the staff and management effectively
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure on tight deadlines
