The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting operations on current and upcoming SCC QA/QC projects.
DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication and Collaboration
Effectively collaborate with Operations and Project teams regarding reports, files, data, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external project personnel during all phases of the project.
Ensure delivery of all required reports and documentation.
Maintain job files and all data backup information.
Compile and assist in administration of all billable items.
File and maintain all relevant documents and supporting information.
Ensure consistent reporting data and layouts.
Ensure project staff has the latest versions of necessary documents, codes, and requirements.
Review and track construction data, as well as any work orders and purchase orders for specific projects.
Assist in the development and enhancement of project reporting as required.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Support employees and subcontractors with overall processes to ensure consistency.
General office administration duties as assigned
