Job Title: Project Administrator Coordinator (Temporary - 4 Month Assignment)

Pay: $22-$24/hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator Coordinator for a 4-month temporary assignment in La Jolla Beach. This role supports project teams with administrative coordination, documentation, and daily operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support to project managers and department leads
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating calendars
Maintain accurate project records, files, and documentation
Perform data entry and ensure information is kept up to date
Track project timelines and assist with milestone coordination
Prepare and distribute internal communications and correspondence
Support workflow organization to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with internal teams regarding project updates and needs
Respond to general administrative inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Prior administrative, office coordination, or project support experience preferred
This is a full-time, onsite temporary role requiring commitment to the full 4-month assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional and collaborative environment.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
