About the Position
We are seeking a multi-tasking Project Administrator for our Victoria Office location who thrives on team work and staying organized in a fast-paced environment! Duties to include working with our Project Teams and performing general administration for various construction projects.
How Youll Contribute
Experience & Skills
Completion of minimum 2 year Diploma at a post-secondary institution in Business or Accounting is required, 4 year degree is an asset
Previous Construction Industry Experience is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
Proficiency with:
MS Project
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in Sage is an asset
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel to sites across Alberta and BC as required
Candidate to be Based in the Victoria Area
This role is a Full Time In Office position
