Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining and administering the department"s UNIX file servers and networks. This includes all critical services such as DNS, NIS, Mail, Web servers, and UNIX security.
Minimum Qualifications:
Working knowledge UNIX system administration to include installation, virtualization, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of HPCC clusters including installation, management, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Database administration, installation, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of IT security to include intrusion detection and prevention. Strong programming skill in C/C++ and Perl.
