The ideal candidate will bring strong user experience design prototyping accessibility and stakeholder collaboration skills to deliver intuitive and compliant digital solutions.This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week from day one. Remote-only candidates will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop user-centered UIUX solutions for web and enterprise applicationsCreate wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or SketchDevelop and maintain design systems and reusable UI componentsConduct and lead user workshops usability sessions and stakeholder interviewsTranslate business and user needs into clear design and functional requirementsEnsure applications meet ADA accessibility standards and usability best practicesCollaborate with developers product owners and business teamsProvide clear documentation design specifications and UI standardsPresent design concepts and receive feedback from internal and external stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience3-5 years of UIUX design and development experience2 years using wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch or similar2-3 years working with design systems and reusable components2 years leading user workshops and facilitation sessions1 year of experience working with ADA accessibility standardsStrong written and verbal communication skills
