Job OverviewClient: Well-Known Media/Advertising OrganizationRole: Programmatic Digital Marketing AnalystSalary: $60,000-$65,000 annually + BenefitsLocation: Phoenix, Arizona – 2 days a week on-site (Tuesdays)Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pmPosition SummaryThe Digital Programmatic Campaign Trader is responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize campaign performance, revenue, and return on investment (ROI). This role combines campaign execution, data analysis, and strategic optimization across multiple digital channels, using programmatic buying platforms to achieve client objectives.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), display, video, and audio channels.Monitor campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement optimization strategies to improve delivery, efficiency, and ROI.Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.Adjust bidding strategies, pacing, ad frequency, targeting, and inventory allocation to maximize results.Identify and resolve campaign setup, delivery, and performance issues in collaboration with Ad Operations and other internal teams.Maintain campaign quality, profitability, and inventory efficiency while minimizing delivery risks.Utilize data analysis tools, including Excel and business intelligence platforms, to organize, interpret, and report on large datasets.Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Develop a strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies and industry best practices.Support campaign planning by recommending achievable performance goals and optimization strategies.Continuously learn new technologies, automation tools, and platform capabilities to improve campaign efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in programmatic trading, digital campaign management, or digital advertising.Experience managing digital campaigns across programmatic platforms; video advertising experience is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus.Understanding of digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and demand-side platforms (DSPs).Experience with campaign automation, APIs, or advertising technologies.Familiarity with digital media channels, including display, video, audio, and Connected TV (CTV).Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Passion for digital media, advertising technology, and continuous learning.EEO NoticeVaco by Highspring is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race (including but not limited to traits historically associated with race such as hair texture and hair style), color, sex (includes pregnancy or related conditions), religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, status as a veteran, union membership, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristics as required by federal, state or local law.Vaco by Highspring and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
