The Opportunity:

RogerCo is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) Headquarters G-6/Chief Information Office (CIO) in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will directly support enterprise information technology operations by managing software inventories, coordinating executive taskings, maintaining records management programs, and developing analytical products that enable informed decision-making across T2COM Headquarters.

Working alongside Government civilians, military personnel, and industry partners, you will help manage enterprise software licensing, improve business processes, support headquarters task management, and provide analytical support to an organization responsible for more than 30,000 personnel across the United States.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Army headquarters environment supporting mission-critical enterprise IT operations while leveraging modern Microsoft collaboration and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain enterprise software inventories across multiple approved management systems.
  • Support software asset management activities including licensing, inventory validation, user account administration, and software allocation.
  • Review, analyze, and reconcile software inventory data to ensure accuracy across subordinate organizations.
  • Coordinate software data calls and consolidate responses from multiple organizations.
  • Prepare and track software invoices, vendor quotes, and resource management documentation.
  • Research discrepancies in software inventories and coordinate corrective actions with Government personnel, subordinate commands, and commercial vendors.
  • Maintain enterprise software acquisition data and Above Baseline datasets.
  • Develop analytical reports, dashboards, graphs, and executive briefing materials supporting software management and resource decisions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate to improve business processes and reporting.
  • Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), process documentation, and recurring reports.
  • Support Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) compliance and records management activities.
  • Coordinate with G-6/CIO Directorates to ensure proper records retention and document management.
  • Monitor, assign, track, and close headquarters taskings through Government task management systems.
  • Prepare senior leader staffing packages, contact reports, task trackers, and executive correspondence supporting GO/SES approval processes.
  • Maintain task status metrics, trend analysis, and executive reporting for G-6/CIO leadership.
  • Conduct research of regulations, directives, policies, and guidance to support organizational initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, improve data quality, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum three (3) years of direct experience supporting software inventory management, business operations, program management, or enterprise administrative operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting suspense dates.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Government headquarters environment.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting an Army Headquarters, Major Command (MACOM), or Headquarters Department of the Army organization.
  • Experience supporting a G-6, CIO, or enterprise IT organization.
  • Experience with software asset management or enterprise licensing programs.
  • Experience with CHESS LTS, Dell Licensing Online, Adobe Admin Console, Microsoft Inventory, or similar enterprise software management systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
  • Experience supporting executive task management systems and senior leader staffing processes.
  • Experience developing SOPs, TTPs, workflow documentation, and business process improvements.
  • Knowledge of DoD software licensing, enterprise resource management, or IT governance.
