Job Summary:
To assist in developing an efficiently run operation of the Pathways for Children programs by facilitating, planning, and completing tasks that support the staff, the building, and the food service department. families,greet public and screen calls, taking appropriate and detailed messages. Ensure security functions of visitors entering building. Support with administrative tasks, transition times (bus drop off/pick up and dismissal times), kitchen support and brief classroom coverage. Provide excellent customer service to families and guests.
30 Hours per week
Location: Beverly, MA
Rate: $20.00-S20.50 per hour
Program runs September-June with a scheduled reduction in force
What Will I Do?
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with two years’ related experience.
ExperiencewithChildPluspreferred,orwillingnessto learn.
Maintain confidentially,beabletoworkindependently,and as part of a team.
ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeincludingWordandOutlookandbeabletoupdatefamily files and emergency contact forms and complete data entry as required
Preferred:
Associates degree, with two years related experience
Bi-Lingual candidates encouraged to apply
