The Residential Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff development in Woods Services Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This role is responsible for overseeing Behavioral Health Specialist, ensuring program standards are met, and fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and psychiatric conditions. The Program Supervisor actively participates in treatment planning, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives, working closely with clinical teams and program leadership.
