LSF is seeking a talented Program Supervisor-Families who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
This postion serves Layette, Suwannee, and Hamilton Counties and requries extensive travel through each county.
Purpose and Impact:
The Program Supervisor-Families ensures the effective and qualitative coordination of all services and interventions for children and their families referred to specific regional programs. This position will facilitate service delivery focused on supporting the parent(s) as well as the child by cultivating the growth of nurturing, responsive parent-child relationships and promoting healthy childhood growth and development within a caring community. The Program Supervisor-Families will provide direct leadership and guidance to the program’s direct care staff.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in public health or fields related to working with children and families. Master’s degree preferred.
