Valid Special Education credential, Clinical or Pupil Services Credential (school psychologist or counseling credential) and Administrative credential preferred. Required Fingerprinting/Department of Justice and Tuberculosis clearance.

The Program Specialist should demonstrate foresight, examine issues and take initiatives to improve the quality of education in the community. The Program Specialist ensures all students with disabilities in the Newman - Crows Landing Unified School District are provided a free and appropriate public education through the provision of instructional programs and related services.
