About the Position
This is a time-limited position. - Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assists in the Subgrant/Modification review process to ensure timely and adequate completion of projects. 2. Reviews subgrants/modifications fiscal and administrative documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and state laws. 3. Compiles, creates, and prepares various required documents for subgrants proposals and modifications for the Administrative Review submission. 4. Track assigned subgrants/modifications in the review/approval process. Package and mail approved Subgrants/Modifications to subgrantees. 5. Provides assistance to Program and Subgrantees staff on various concerns with subgrants/modifications throughout the review process. 6. Assists in providing technical assistance and training to Subgrantees and DCS staff on required documents and the review process. 7. Assists in the process of reviewing and processing Cost Worksheets (Reporting Worksheets) in Smartsheet and tracking the monthly draw-downs and expenditures for Subgrantees. 8. Serves in the absence of the Fiscal Unit Supervisor.
What youll need to be Successful
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software, demonstrate integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapt with a variety of multimedia, ability to adapt quickly, courteous, ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience. - Agency Preferred Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Candidate must have two (2) years of Accounting experience.

Paid Personal Leave and Sick Leave
