DESCRIPTION:
The Department of Curriculum, Instruction & Technology at Nassau BOCES is seeking a Program Specialist I to support Data and Management Services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Management of Optimum Solutions Corporation (OSCWorld) Services
Full Service Online Scoring (ELA 3 8, Math 3 8, Science 5 & 8, Regents)
Coordination of OSC services with the Regional Summer School program
Overseeing and managing all financial processes related to these services including but not limited to creation of Letters of Intent (LOI), payment of invoices, and billing
Communicating and facilitating training with component districts regarding OSC services
Co-facilitating Data Wise professional development training sessions
Providing Instructional Data Warehouse (IDW) training for public and non-public school administrators
Conducting special data analysis projects as assigned related to the IDW and Test Scoring programs
Completing Computer-Based Testing tasks and responding to Incident-IQ tickets
REQUIREMENTS:
SALARY: As per labor contract.
