• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). rn
• 3-5+ years of experience in program scheduling, preferably in a government or aerospace/defense environment. rn
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent. rn
• Strong knowledge of EVMS principles, IMS development, and WBS structures. rn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. rn
• U.S. Citizenship may be required depending on contract/security requirements rn

• Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs. rn
• Familiarity with IMP/IMS integration and contract deliverables. rn
• Ability to lead scheduling teams and mentor junior schedulers rn

Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs. rn
• Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS standards and organizational scheduling best practices. rn
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Cost Analysts, and Finance teams to align schedules with program objectives. rn
• Perform risk assessments, critical path analysis, and variance analysis. rn
• Provide timely schedule status reporting and support customer reviews. rn
• Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling theory, tools, and processes. rn
