    Program / Project Manager (Federal IT)
    Location:Washington, DC (On-site at FMCS Headquarters)
     Work Authorization: US Citizen


    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead a Federal Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) program. The successful candidate will oversee application development, modernization, cloud migration, operations & maintenance, Agile project delivery, and contract performance while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance. 
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables. 
    • Coordinate Agile software development teams. 
    • Oversee application modernization, cloud migration, and system integration. 
    • Prepare status reports, executive briefings, risk registers, and project documentation. 
    • Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements. 
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 
    • 10+ years managing Federal IT programs or application development projects. 
    • 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, or enterprise applications. 
    • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, SDLC, and cloud modernization. 
    • Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, and Section 508. 
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
    • PMP certification preferred.
    Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
