Position Title

Position Summary / Career Interest:

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Establishes, implements, and administers various program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for clinical areas • Develops and delivers training modules, educational resources, and clinical guidelines for participating organizations. Provides information to participating hospitals on how to formulate changes in policies, procedures, and/or processes. • Interacts with medical and nursing staff, managers, supervisors, and other professional rural hospital staff to provide training, resource information and identify new opportunities to improve services and reduce cost. • Collects data from participating hospitals and maintains records using specific software to meet individual hospital needs. • Trains rural hospitals on various clinical practices: infection prevention, OB simulation, STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and diabetes. • Leads the lifecycle of OB simulation initiatives using structured project management methods. • Presents verbal and/or written information and responds to sensitive inquiries. • Builds and maintain a master simulation roadmap aligned with organizational goals (maternal morbidity/mortality reduction, readiness metrics, onboarding, competency validation. • Tracks project KPIs, outcomes, and ROI; deliver regular executive summaries and dashboards. • Works with rural hospitals to apply effective policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local, county, state, and federal regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. • Creates and interprets various charts and graphs to present to rural hospitals in an understandable format. • Travels to participating health organizations to facilitate various training sessions. Organizes and disseminates information in a timely fashion and assists rural hospitals in the interpretation of data and best practice information. • Provides additional training, support, and follow-up to participating hospitals. • Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with external partners, local leadership teams, and healthcare stakeholders. • Develops reports and statistical data for the rural hospitals, medical staff committees, administration, and other committees as needed. • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department. • These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree Nursing

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master Degree Nursing

Required Licensure and Certification

• Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing Licensed in State of Kansas • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Language Skills

• English -

Knowledge Requirements

• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. • Ability to travel to participating sites for training purposes and follow-up.
