Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Manager, that is energetic, insightful and ready to lead a team of compassionate individuals that desire to make an impact in the lives of Developmentally Disabled, and Intellectually Challenged, youth and adults.<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>


<\/div>
The Program Manager<\/b><\/span> is responsible for the oversight of multiple workflow processes, that are critical to the success of daily operations. Having the oversight of all client -oriented technical processes and ensuring they are carried out successfully.<\/span>

Provides direction and administration of assigned programs, to ensure streamlined departmental and organizational objectives. Directs the daily supervision of Case Management staff, and program staffing coordinators.<\/span>

Essential Job functions:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/div>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span> Directs talent engagement and development through the recruitment and retention of high performing, client services -driven Case Managers.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span> Utilize prior professional experience and integrity, to inspire, train, and coach Care Managers to provide fidelity -oriented services to the youth and families served.<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span> Professionally develop and provide administrative and clinical case oversight and support to a team of 6 -12 Case Managers.<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Meet regularly with Executive Director for direction, guidance and development.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supports the primary tasks of management functions and operating procedures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Facilitates the continuous implementation of various fee -for -service local Government, community -based programs.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supervision, training and mentoring of staff providing services to persons with disabilities, student services, youth in transition, families and veterans.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Establish relevant goals and objectives to assess weekly productivity levels.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Facilitate staffing coordination assessments based upon agency staffing needs.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Weekly review of client case records and requisite documentation pertinent to specific programs to ensure standards of quality and compliance.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with federal, state, county and private provider agencies/nonprofit organizations that serve persons with disabilities.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead and coordinate staff meetings, trainings and in -services as required.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in preparation of various agency reports for specific funders/programs.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Facilitation / dispute resolution in the course of service provision across agency programs.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide oversight of agency operations in the absence of Executive Director.<\/span>

    • <\/li>
    • Provide technical training for the execution of the following:<\/b><\/span>
      <\/b><\/li><\/ul>

      o    <\/span><\/span><\/span> Initial treatment plan and coordination of services to support client base.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      o    <\/span><\/span><\/span>When to modify the treatment plan based on changing needs<\/span>
      <\/p>

      ·     Es<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>tablish and maintain positive working relationships with assigned staff, providers, and families.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform weekly productivity meetings.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop an adequate professional relationship with all referral sources and relevant community agencies.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      ·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with service providers to market, refer and collaborate<\/span>
      <\/p>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Bachelors Degree, (Master’s preferred) <\/b>in social work, Counseling, psychology, Human Resources or a related field.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Minimum three -year experience providing supervision to a team of direct reports.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience with individuals or youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities or at -Risk behaviors.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Bilingual language skills a plus<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Exemplary time management and organization skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Culturally competent verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Basic technology proficiency<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Valid driver’s license required<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
