We are seeking a Program Manager, Talent & Learning to drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of global talent management and learning programs. This role will ensure cyclical and ongoing programs-such as engagement surveys, performance and talent processes, learning system configurations, communications, and enablement-are delivered on time, with high quality and strong stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex programs across HR and business teams.
Responsibilities: • Program Planning & Delivery • Support program coordination under guidance for global talent management and learning initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance and talent cycles, learning launches, and enablement programs. • Develop and maintain project plans, communications, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs, identifying and escalating risks and supporting plan adjustments to support on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. • Assist with system (Culture Amp/Degreed) configurations and readiness activities in partnership with L&D, HRIS, IT, and vendors to support program execution. • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination • Partner closely with Talent, L&D, People Partners, HR Operations, and IT to align roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. • Participate in working sessions, and provide updates, to support clarity, progress, and timely issue resolution across stakeholders. • Manage vendor coordination for surveys, platforms, or external support tied to program delivery. • Communications & Enablement • Support communication and training logistics related to talent and learning programs, ensuring audiences receive the right information at the right time. • Assist in creating enablement materials, including toolkits, FAQs, timelines, and reference guides. • Ensure consistent messaging and change readiness across global audiences.
Program Monitoring & Continuous Improvement • Help monitor metrics, milestones, and collect feedback to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Support program reviews as needed to capture lessons learned and recommend enhancements for future cycles. • Maintain templates and suggest improvements to improve scalability and repeatability of talent and learning programs.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (recommended) • 5+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience • Experience managing HR, talent management, learning, or people programs in a fast-paced, tech environment • Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Communications, and stakeholders • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
