POSITION DESCRIPTION & OVERVIEW
Title: Supportive Housing Program Manager | Reports To: Director of Housing Programs |
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Daytime Flexible but need to work during core hours of 9-3. | Compensation: 60,000-68,000 |
Job Classification: Salaried, Exempt, 40 Hours/Week | Union Representation: This position is not a union represented position. |
This position supervises seven direct service staff, one of which is a team leader that is the first line of support for the other direct service staff. The Program Manager is responsible forensuring that program is implemented in alignment with best practices and is in compliance with all contractual obligations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to provide leadership and supervision in programs designed to end homelessness. Social Work licensure is strongly preferred. A minimum of two years direct service to people experiencing homelessness and a minimum of two years social service leadership experience is required.

This position requires use of your own personal vehicle for Agency business and will be required to maintain liability insurance coverage of at least $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence. In addition to criminal background studies, applicants must have a valid Driver's License and pass a driving record background check.
