Sigma Inc is looking for a Program Manager to work onsite at St. Joseph, MO
Shift: 1st shift
Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‐to‐end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‐scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
- Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‐time and on‐budget execution
- Coordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs
- Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
- Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.
- Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
- Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.
- Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.
