Job Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will be serving as the strategic security partner for our clients. You will own the end-to-end success of assigned accounts. Focused on shaping security strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive security programs that align our capabilities with client priorities and long-term goals. The Program Manager will set the vision for account strategy, ensure operational excellence across the entire business footprint, and balance client satisfaction through growth and profitability. In this role, you will refine and elevate processes, anticipate risks, resolve complex challenges, and implement forward thinking solutions designed to prevent issues before they occur. 

Benefits:

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a base salary of $110K - $115K/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in business management or a closely related field. 

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
