We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Data & AI) to join our onshore team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is critical in serving as the primary client representative onshore, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and offshore delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong program management and customer success skills, focusing on delivering impactful Data & AI solutions. This person will also be closely involved in AI Agent building with our offshore teams, ensuring that client requirements are translated into scalable, intelligent solutions.
<\/p>
In addition, the Program Manager will be expected to contribute to pre -sales discussions, sales activities, and account mining initiatives, helping identify opportunities for business expansion. This is a target -driven role, where success will be measured not only by program delivery excellence but also by the ability to support client growth, expansion, and long -term success. Occasional travel will be required to strengthen client relationships, participate in strategic discussions, and oversee delivery milestones.

Key Responsibilities
<\/p>
· Act as the onshore representative for GWC Data.AI, building trusted client relationships.
<\/p>
· Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure alignment of project scope, requirements, and delivery.
<\/p>
· Serve as a Customer Success Manager, capturing and validating requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
<\/p>
· Drive end -to -end execution of Data & AI programs, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder reporting.
<\/p>
· Provide technical oversight on Data & AI initiatives, particularly in areas such as cloud data platforms and advanced analytics.
<\/p>
· Lead and coordinate AI Agent building initiatives with offshore delivery teams.
<\/p>
· Actively contribute to pre -sales, solution shaping, and account growth opportunities.
<\/p>
· Support account mining with a focus on identifying, developing, and achieving defined targets related to client expansion and engagement.
<\/p>
· Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
<\/p>
· Monitor program progress, budgets, risks, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
<\/p>
· Travel as needed to client sites for relationship -building, delivery assurance, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications
<\/p>
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
<\/p>
· 8+ years of experience in program/project management within Data, AI, or Technology domains.
<\/p>
· Strong understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud Data Platforms.
<\/p>
· Hands -on exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies (preferred).
<\/p>
· Proven ability to manage global delivery models involving onshore/offshore collaboration.
<\/p>
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
<\/p>
· Strong problem -solving ability with both technical and business acumen.
<\/p>
· Target -oriented mindset with demonstrated experience in achieving measurable program or client success goals.

Preferred Skills
<\/p>
· Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI).
<\/p>
· Experience with data governance, MDM, or data integration platforms.
<\/p>
· Prior experience in Customer Success or client -facing delivery roles.
