Program Manager
Purpose
Coordinate resources throughout tool builds to ensure fulfillment of all PO requirements and provide regular progress updates to customers and management

- No work in progress without PO coverage
- Customer has working knowledge of program timing
Job Duties
- Provide weekly updates to customer on status and timing of all tool builds
- Maintain CAD log on all active builds and include current revision number in weekly customer updates
- Provide weekly updates to management on status of all tool builds, highlighting potential risks
- Meet regularly with PMs in Asia to ensure all tool builds are on schedule
- Add new tools to Lantern prior to kickoff
- Maintain timing in Lantern to match tool shop requirements
- Maintain list of open issues and provide weekly updates on progress
- Coordinate shipping for tools and parts coming from Asia and going to the customer
- Work with PMs in Asia to create recovery plans for all tools with open milestones or missing docs
- Communicate in writing timeline delays due to customer inability to support and receive confirmation
- Ensure all work is covered by a Purchase Order
- Quote engineering changes to the customer with details on changes
- Track status of all ECRs and ECNs
- Respond to supplier and customer needs as required outside of normal business hours
- Reviewing and negotiating ECR costs and timing with die shop and customer
- Tracking all activities and progress at homeline commissioning
- Monitor and track all invoicing
