Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ (Remote). The ideal candidate will manage and streamline BPO program operations by handling intake requests, defining requirements, and driving execution across accounting and tax teams.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Manage and triage incoming requests through ticketing tools to ensure timely processing and prioritization.
Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable work items.
Maintain and prioritize backlog to align with project goals and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth execution and requirement clarity.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined processes and standards.
Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and optimizing workflows for better efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in program management, operations, or BPO environments.
Strong hands-on experience with ticketing/intake tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Workfront) and backlog management.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable tasks while ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
