Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Program Manager on behalf of a premier residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment provider in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the daily operations of a boutique residential treatment program dedicated to providing exceptional, client-centered care in a supportive recovery environment.
The Program Manager will oversee program operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality addiction treatment services. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about recovery, operational excellence, and fostering a positive culture for both clients and staff.

COMPENSATION & LOCATION
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a retirement plan, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick leave, workers' compensation coverage, and eligibility for California Paid Family Leave.
