Job Summary:
Candidate must have worked as developer, tech lead etc and moved to the track of Project Management/Scrum Master.
He/She must possess prior experience in the Retail Domain.
As part of PM activities, he/she must have co-ordinated production deployments.

Metrics and weekly status reporting

Experience:
Overall IT experience 15+ years
Minimum experience of 5+ years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Project Management
2. Technical Management (GCP, .NET)
3. Experience in Cloud Development and Migration

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they stay within the allocated budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Performance Tracking: Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that impede the team's progress.
Coach the Team: Educate and guide the team in Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and adaptation.
Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is clear and prioritized.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
