Experience in Cloud Development and Migration Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they stay within the allocated budget. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Performance Tracking: Track project progress and performance against established metrics. Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that impede the team's progress. Coach the Team: Educate and guide the team in Agile practices and the Scrum framework. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and adaptation.
