Job Summary
The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) is seeking a Program Manager, Outcomes & Evaluations to provide leadership and oversight of the Departments Outcomes & Evaluations program.
This position is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data used to support operational decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, performance management activities, and local, state, and federal reporting requirements. The Program Manager supervises Outcomes & Evaluations staff and works closely with Department leadership, program staff, information technology staff, and external stakeholders to support continuous quality improvement efforts and program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Public Health, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of professional experience conducting data analysis, program evaluation, performance measurement, quality improvement, or related work, including one (1) year of supervisory or team lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing pre-employment background check to include fingerprinting, credit, NCIC, DMV, and TB test.
Work schedule is 37.5 hours per week.
Position may require occasional evening meetings and participation in local, regional, and statewide committees, workgroups, conferences, and training activities.
The successful candidate must have a good driving record and a valid drivers license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
The position may require occasional travel within and outside Loudoun County.
