Position Overview

The Program Manager oversees daily operations at assigned partner schools. This includes scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and assisting with seasonal delivery and pickup activities.

This is a seasonal, part time role with a heavier workload during peak operations from May through June and August through September. During the dispatch season, scheduling is flexible and self managed.

This role is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income rather than full time employment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage rental programs at partner schools following established proceduresCommunicate promptly and professionally with customers through frequent texts and emailsRespond to service tickets quickly and schedule customer appointments in an organized mannerAssist with deliveries, returns, and repairs during dispatch and off seasonDrive a 26 foot box truck during operationsTraining provided and no forklift use requiredParticipate in on site physical operations and day to day activitiesMaintain accurate inventory and account records within the CRM systemSupervise and support labor teams and temporary staff as needed

 

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements

Own a pickup truck and be willing to use it during the dispatch seasonStrong time management and self scheduling skillsProfessional and positive communication with students, parents, and campus partnersHonesty, integrity, and reliabilityAbility to lift 50 plus pounds regularlyThis is a physically demanding roleValid drivers license requiredAbility to work independently without constant supervisionAvailability for long workdays during peak seasons

 

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Structure

Operations season pay is $22 per hour with an average of 20 hours per operationOff season pay is $22 per ticket with an average of 8 to 12 tickets per weekMileage or gas stipend provided for use of a personal vehicle during dispatch

Typical Hours

Peak season includes several long full day shiftsSeptember through October averages 10 to 15 plus hours per weekThe remainder of the year averages 5 to 10 plus hours per weekSchedule is flexible with the ability to self manage
