Job Purpose:

The Program Manager of Private Duty at EHM Senior Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the private duty services. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients, optimizing program efficiency, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to meet the organizations standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the private duty programs services and reach.
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate services and improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance through data analysis and reporting, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Foster relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Manage the programs budget, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation align with strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services within the community.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance program offerings.

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in home care, senior care, private duty or healthcare operations.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations pertaining to senior care and private duty services.
