JOB SUMMARY:
The OB Program Manager is a full-time collaborative professional position for someone with outstanding people, organizational, and project management skills.
This OB Program Manager will support all grant-related initiatives related to prenatal/postpartum patients and newborns. The OB Program Manager enhance community outreach and engagement for the pregnant and postpartum population as well as newborns through the first year of life through various grant and non-grant funded initiatives including but not limited to : 1) leading the planning and implementation of the Supportive Pregnancy Care group prenatal program through the March of Dimes, 2) planning and implementing prenatal and postpartum visit adherence incentives, 3) providing supervision for the OBGYN Patient Navigator 4) participating in prenatal and newborn recruitment and outreach. Furthermore, the OB Program Manager is responsible for working with the Chase Brexton business intelligence and grants teams to manage and meet grant reporting requirements.
This position reports directly to the Director of Reproductive Health with support from the Chief Pharmacy and Strategy Officer.
