Hourly Pay Range:
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate''s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
What you will do:
This leadership role is primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating structures and processes that support external nursing students pursing clinical experiences at Endeavor Health for undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees. The Program Manager develops and maintains collegial relationships with Endeavor Health's academic School of Nursing partners. In addition, this role promotes ongoing professional development of nurses to pursue advanced degrees and certification in nursing specialties. In collaboration with Nursing Professional Development and Advancement team members, advocates for and promotes educational offerings to include continuing education credits.
Student Placement (50%)
Acts as a liaison and contact to School of Nursing partners
Coordinates regular communication with School of Nursing partners
Oversees the placement of all nursing students in undergraduate and graduate clinical experiences for Endeavor Health.
Leads the review process of applications from both internal and external nursing students seeking clinical placement
Coordinates placement of clinical groups on units
Assures timely responses to clinical experience applications
Maintain records of all internal and external nurse applicants requesting clinical experience at Endeavor Health.
Maintains database(s) to evaluate number of students placed, number of students denied, preceptors working with students and other needed data as requested
Evaluates clinical instructors overseeing undergraduate nursing students at Endeavor Health sites
Master Affiliation Agreements and Program Memorandums (30%)
Oversees the Master Affiliation Agreements and Program Memorandums for specific nursing programs
Consults with Endeavor legal council regarding issues/concerns/questions related to school agreements
Addresses any issues/concerns that arise with student and/or faculty during clinical rotations
