Eaton's ARS division is seeking a Program Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead delivery of strategic product initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Fayetteville, NC. Candidates may reside in Raleigh, NC metro area, with regular onsite presence required in Fayetteville. Relocation assistance is available.
Reporting to the PMO Manager, our Program Manager - New Product Introduction is responsible for management of new product development for Low voltage Motor Control Centers (MCC) and Power Factor Correction Assemblies. This role will manage the project planning, execution, scope, budget, risk, and issue tracking. This will include the use of a phase-gate process, Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA''s), Multi-Generational Product Planning (MGPP), SIOP input, and industrialization. In addition, this role will assist engineering in product transitioning.
