The Program Manager provides full-time oversight and management of Medical Support Assistant personnel supporting the NIH Clinical Center. This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing coordination, performance management, compliance, and communication with the Government.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all assigned MSA personnel
Coordinate staffing schedules, leave approvals, and no-cost backfill coverage
Ensure timely submission of qualified replacement candidates when required
Enforce attendance, punctuality, dress code, and conduct standards
Oversee compliance with NIH training, badging, and infectious disease requirements
Serve as escalation point for performance or staffing issues
Submit reports and documentation as required by the Government
Maintain contract compliance and service continuity
Implement corrective action plans when required
Ensure quality standards outlined in the Performance Evaluation Standard are met
