IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Malvern, PA. This role offers the chance to lead a large-scale, complex program within a dynamic industry, partnering with diverse teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management while supporting critical project deliverables.
Position Overview for the Program Manager :
- Lead cross-functional coordination and execution across a large, complex program involving multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact for approximately 16 stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
- Partner with Scrum teams to support agile execution and remove blockers, supporting testing and validation efforts.
- Communicate complex technical updates clearly to leadership, translating technical language into actionable insights.
Requirements for the Program Manager :
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related leadership roles managing large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups across business and technology organizations.
- Strong expertise in program governance, roadmap management, and executive status reporting.
- Experience managing RAID logs and driving issue resolution across complex programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience partnering with Scrum teams.
