Job Description The Legal department at Nordstrom is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Manager to join the team and support the build-out and continuous improvement of our Legal Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of technology, process, and data . This Program Manager will be helping a high-performing in-house legal team work faster and smarter , and serve the business more effectively. A day in the life... + Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of legal and risk technology platforms, including the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to ensur e tools are configured, documented, and adopted across the team + Support intake, triage, and tracking of Legal Operations requests and projects, maintaining visibility into workstreams, owners, and timelines for leadership + Partner with Technology teams including Engineering , as well as Finance and Insurance, and outside vendors to coordinate system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives from scoping through deployment .
