Position Overview:


Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital Consumer Experience (DCX) initiatives and healthcare partner integration efforts. This role partners across digital, marketing, access, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment, manage timelines and dependencies, and support delivery against enterprise priorities and performance goals.


The Program Manager plays a key support role in enabling cross‑functional initiatives, including consumer experience improvements and onboarding and integration of new and existing healthcare partners, by managing workstreams, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and driving accountability across teams.


The ideal candidate would have strong program management and organizational skills, the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed healthcare environment, and experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional initiatives. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential to support execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful integration of partner capabilities.

+ Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:


+ 8 years recent relevant experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


+ Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning, including group facilitation and plan development.

+ Knowledge and understanding of business plan development, including qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.

+ Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers, including patients, physicians, payors.

Pay Range is $114,774.40 to $172,161.60 / annual salary
