JOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and organizational transformation. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, execution, governance, and stakeholder management skills. The Program Manager will work across Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Business teams to align priorities, establish program direction, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can connect people, processes, and technology to achieve enterprise objectives while maintaining operational rigor and delivery excellence.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and execute program strategies that align organizational goals with measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to establish priorities, success metrics, and program direction.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing transparency into program status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, aligning strategic initiatives with project and release plans.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Engineering, and Business teams to drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operational controls, and reporting mechanisms to ensure program visibility and accountability.
  • Lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and successful adoption.
  • Own program outcomes by tracking KPIs, managing risks, resolving issues, and continuously improving performance.
  • Deliver high-quality programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic roadmaps, program plans, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
 
PREFFERED:
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or related project/program management certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or modernization programs.
  • Background working within financial services, technology, fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience managing executive-level communications and enterprise governance structures.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management, release management, and organizational change management practices.
