Overview
Join Nike's Global Technology team as a Senior Technical Program Manager supporting the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) initiative. In this role, you'll lead the technical delivery of a large-scale HR transformation program focused on workforce planning, AI-enabled insights, and enterprise HR technology solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives that improve workforce planning capabilities across the organization.
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) program across multiple workstreams.
Develop and manage technical delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and program governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while communicating progress to stakeholders.
Support the implementation of HR technology platforms and enterprise solutions.
Drive Agile program execution using Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and executive status reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication across business and technology teams.
Partner with HR Technology, Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and external vendors.
Support software implementations, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
Ensure integration of workforce, skills, financial, and operational data into technology solutions.
Lead technical discussions and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 7 years of Technical Program Management experience.
Experience leading large, complex programs within a matrix organization.
Strong background managing enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience with HR Technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
Knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, or related HR processes.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Experience supporting AI-enabled technology initiatives.
Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
Experience working with strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
