Overview
The Program Manager, Internal Communications plays an important role in helping employees stay informed and connected to key areas across the co-op, including HR, IT, and Impact. You'll work closely with leaders to create clear, meaningful communications that explain what we're doing, why it matters, and how employees can engage.
You bring complex, cross-functional work together into simple, clear messages that support awareness, alignment, and adoption across the organization.
