Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager (Intermediate) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects and synthesizing analytical insights for executives and a proven ability to deliver project outcomes by creating and executing plans, managing day-to-day operations, and adapting to changing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day project operations.
- Coordinate stakeholders across public and private sector settings and ensure clear communication.
- Produce regular executive summaries that distill complex analytical findings into actionable insights.
- Support strategy development through research, analysis, and structured problem solving.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and project delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and participate in meetings; drive agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing concise executive summaries.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to work across senior stakeholder groups.
- 3-6 years of relevant program or project management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in both public and private sector environments.
- Background spanning startup and large enterprise organizations.
Work Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid. Three days in office. Washington, DC preferred; New York, NY acceptable.
- Standard business hours. Occasional exceptions unlikely.
