Summary:

This team has the opportunity to make significant impact building out new operational features to support the unique requirements of new products. This team will leverage subject matter expertise across its members to drive operational changes across some of the most innovative spaces at Meta.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Integrations Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Public Relations/Communications, Public Policy, Legal, Quality, and others to problem solve and develop solutions in support of product launches

2. Develop/design processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness and ensure essential KPIs/service goals are met

3. Track and analyze key operational metrics to understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts

4. Drive impact towards product goals, and work with leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results

5. Build relationships with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate risks to the company, and develop global solutions for monitoring operations and responding to external event

Minimum Qualifications:

6. BA/BS Degree

7. 10+ years of experience in operations in domains such as online operations, informational systems, compliance, risk management, policy, legal operations, or management consulting

8. Experience working with product teams on new launches

9. Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and/or globally

10. Experience driving operational changes, partnering with operations, engineering, or other technical teams

11. Analytical and problem-solving experience

13. Experience working in marketing / sales / business development and/or partnerships functions

14. Experience with predictive or descriptive analytics and working with machine learning teams

Public Compensation:

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
