The Program Manager – Integrated Marketing Business Innovation Strategy is a high‑impact, analytically rigorous role responsible for driving business analysis and strategic formulation across Marketing & Product verticals, including Integrated Marketing Channels and Media, In‑Flight Entertainment & Connectivity, and Customer Intelligence & Personalization.

This role supports enterprise decision‑making by developing financial models, market insights, and structured strategy frameworks that enable leadersto evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and understand tradeoffs across the end‑to‑end customer journey. The role will also play a meaningful part in shaping and evaluating Delta's media and monetization strategies. Overall, this position sits at the intersection of commercial analysis, innovation, and long‑term strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financialmodels, market sizing analyses, and scenario frameworks to supportstrategy development and investment decisions across Marketing &Product portfolios.

  • Evaluate new initiatives,partnerships, and innovation concepts by developing clear business cases,economic narratives, and financial implications.

  • Partner with portfolio leadersto apply standardized strategy tools, including ROI models, tradeoffframeworks, and prioritization templates, across diverse initiatives.

  • Conduct competitive, industry,and market analyses across customer experience, media networks, platformbusinesses, and adjacent industries.

  • Translate quantitative andqualitative insights into structured, executive‑ready materials that supportleadership decision‑making.

  • Track performance againstbusiness cases and strategic objectives, surfacing risks, insights, andimplications for future decisions.

  • Support ad‑hoc strategic analyses andleadership requests tied to enterprise priorities and time‑bound initiatives.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experiencein strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarlyanalytical role.

  • Advanced financialmodeling and analytical skills, with experience building models from firstprinciples.

  • Strong understanding of airlineproducts (i.e. seats, catering, amenities, lounges), marketing strategies, andmedia network monetization.

  • Demonstrated ability tosynthesize complex analysis into clear, well‑structured presentationsand written materials for senior leadership.

  • Strategic thinker withthe ability to translate analysis into a compelling, executive‑level narrative.

  • Strong organizationaland time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsand deliver against deadlines.

  • Solid business judgmentand comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.

  • Embraces diverseperspectives, working styles, and collaborative ways of working.

  • Consistently prioritizessafety and security, for self and others.

  • Advanced workingknowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.

  • Experience supporting oradvising marketing organizations, media networks, airlines, or experience‑led consumer platforms.

  • Deep understanding ofhow data, technology, and customer engagement drive growth and monetization.
