Pay Range
$41.10 - $61.65
The Program Manager III will provide primary project management support for two NCI-funded cancer care delivery studies, as well as general support for the Wake Forest NCI Community Oncology Research Program cancer care delivery research activities. The program manager will interface with Wake Forest NCORP research staff and assist with protocol development and study regulatory activities. They will also assist with site recruitment and training activities, manage the study budget, support site and study team communication activities, track and support implementation activities, and assist with the development of scholarly products from the study.
Job Summary
Under administrative review, perform management level work directed toward the planning, implementation and coordination of one or more programs for an association, non-profit, or similar organization.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5+ or more years of experience.
Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, administration or supervisory experience.
Licensure, Certification and / or Registration
Certified project management professional preferred.
Essential Functions
Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization's target population and that are in alignment with the organization's stated mission.
Supervises the work of program staff to ensure the quality of service provided.
Assists in the development of customized solutions to individual client needs.
Participates in program evaluation by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
Ensures that all services provided are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
