Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Change Management & Transformation Department: Professional Services / Operations
Duration: 12–18 Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Location: Omaha, NE

We are seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a critical 12–18 month transformation initiative. This role is not just about tracking timelines; it is about orchestrating a complex operational shift. You will manage 7+ concurrent workstreams, balancing the onboarding of new clients with a simultaneous overhaul of our underlying infrastructure, print production, and facility operations.
You will act as the "Chief Storyteller " for the program, managing internal narratives through Town Halls and interviews, while demonstrating the long-term value of structured Change Management to the wider organization.
1. Program Orchestration & Delivery
Manage Complex Interdependencies: Lead the orchestration of 7+ distinct workstreams, identifying risks where Client Onboarding timelines conflict with Infrastructure and Facility upgrades.
Operational Transformation: Oversee the migration of physical Print and Facility operations, ensuring that the introduction of new platforms does not disrupt Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for live clients.
Timeline & Solution Governance: Own the master schedule for the 12–18 month roadmap. Drive accountability across cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales, Implementation) to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
2. Change Management & Communications
Curate Strategic Content: Move beyond standard status emails. Design and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that keeps stakeholders aligned and engaged.
Host High-Visibility Events: Plan and facilitate Town Halls, record executive interviews, and produce engaging internal media to socialize program wins and manage organizational anxiety.
External Messaging: Collaborate with marketing and account teams to draft client-facing communications regarding platform changes and new capabilities.
3. Strategic Evangelism
Champion Best Practices: Use this program as a case study to prove the value of professional Change Management.
Define the Future State: Go beyond the immediate project scope to advise leadership on "the art of the possible, " helping to mature the organization's approach to transformation for future initiatives.
Required Experience:
Complex Program Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple dependent workstreams (IT + Physical Operations preferred).
The "Hybrid " Skillset: Demonstrated ability to function as both a Project Manager (tactical execution, Gantt charts, risk logs) and a Change Manager (adoption, resistance management, communications).
Operational Context: Experience working in industrial, print, mail, or logistics environments where physical infrastructure is a key component of the project.
Core Competencies:
Executive Presence: Comfortable interviewing senior leaders and presenting to large audiences (Town Hall format).
Narrative Building: Ability to translate complex technical/operational challenges into clear, compelling updates for non-technical stakeholders.
Resilience: Ability to navigate high-pressure environments where "keeping the lights on " conflicts with "renovating the house. "
Complete a comprehensive audit of all 7 workstreams and map critical dependencies.
Establish a regular cadence for Town Halls and communication updates.
Successfully navigate the first wave of client onboarding without critical impact from the parallel platform upgrades.
