Program Manager III

Description

• Manage overall program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet defined objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting on accomplishments, milestones, and risks.
• Review and track project schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead program-level coordination across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and administer risk management plans, identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Communicate program status clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across all participants.
• Support continuous improvement of program management processes and execution strategies.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in program management within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong background working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with risk management, project reporting, and process coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
