Description
- Manage overall program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet defined objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting on accomplishments, milestones, and risks.
- Review and track project schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
- Lead program-level coordination across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and administer risk management plans, identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Communicate program status clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across all participants.
- Support continuous improvement of program management processes and execution strategies.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in program management within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong background working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with risk management, project reporting, and process coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
