Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 12 months What You'll Do Lead multiple high-impact programs and projects across three or more business units. Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource strategies. Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to define priorities and drive successful outcomes. Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks while ensuring adherence to project governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum. Manage stakeholder communications and provide executive-level reporting on program status and performance. Drive change management activities and ensure projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of project/program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs. Strong background in program management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across all organizational levels. Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP, PgMP, or Master's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
