SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter‑connected projects
  • Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinating cross‑project activities
  • Leading and evaluating project managers and other staff
  • Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Applying change, risk, and resource management
  • Assuming responsibility for the program's personnel and vendors
  • Assessing program performance and aiming to maximize ROI
  • Resolving higher‑level project scope issues
  • Preparing reports for program directors
  • Communicating with customers regarding the status of orders and projects
  • Communicating with various departments and senior management to obtain necessary information

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BS/BA in management or a relevant field is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident [green card holder], or other status as defined)
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
